Bursting on to the scene back in 1991, we sent shock waves through the pharmaceutical industry by offering high quality sampling tools that were built to cGMP standards and guaranteed to work. The Coleshill (Warwickshire, UK) based, family run business founded by Mike Fenner has grown from a small office to a multi-million pound business delivering equipment to customers all over the globe.
Who Are We?
Mike Fenner was soon joined by his two sons Simon and Jonathan who took over the day to day running whilst Mike concentrated on his other business Pharmatech Ltd. Over the last 25 years the founding ethos of Sampling Systems has never changed – innovation, customer service and fast delivery.
Staff numbers have grown rapidly with the development of a highly trained multilingual sales team, innovative research and development department, accounts, small scale production and in-house marketing, social IT Team.

Wherever you are we are not far away. With over 100 highly trained distributors around the world and excellent connections to transport hubs we can deliver to almost anywhere in Europe and North America within 1 – 2 days. Deliveries to the rest of the world usually take 2 -3 days.
We have now supplied equipment to over 10,000 pharmaceutical, chemical, and food companies in over 100 countries. Our huge product range and excellent customer service mean that most of the companies are now repeat customers.

SteriWare® Cleanroom Manufacture
Sampling Systems lead the way with the launch of disposable sampling tools and laboratory ware in 2004. The range is manufactured and packaged in our state of the art Class 10,000 and 100,000 Cleanrooms. SteriWare products are designed to be used straight from the bag. The manufacturing process is fully documented so we have full traceability.
